An agglomerator machine (or plastic, Aglo machine) is a specialised recycling unit that transforms low-bulk-density thermoplastic waste—such as PE, PP, LDPE, HDPE, and soft PVC films, bags, and fibres—into dense, free-flowing granules or chips suitable for direct extrusion. Utilising frictional heat from rotating and fixed blades, the material is heated to its softening point, then rapidly cooled with water, causing it to form pellets with low moisture (typically).
