Main design concepts: • There are two main modules in the machine. (1) The moving part on the top with pistons (16 in no.), and (2) the fixed bottom part with hollow pipes corresponding to each piston above it. • All pistons are connected to a single metal plate which is connected to a screw, rotating which, the pistons can be moved up/down simultaneously. The metal plate glides through four arms, hence ensuring no tilt while moving down. • Below the hollow pipes is a removable metal plate Operation: • Adjust the metal tray below the hollow pipes (die) • Move the arm (screw) so that pistons are above the hollow pipes • Fill the die with raw material • Rotate the screw to glide pistons in the die. Keep rotating so that the material inside dies is compressed. • Remove the bottom metal plate. • Rotate the screw further so that the dhoop comes out
