This Machine is a Universal Machine, which can be used for sealing of Tablets, Capsules, Chewing Gum, Supari, Ball Bearings, and Lozenges, etc. \nSealing Rollers are specially designed for the packing of a particular product. Orders for spare rollers are to be placed separately. \nTwo bands of heat-sealable packing material coming from two rolls meet between two sealing rollers. The Sealing rollers are equipped with cavities to suit the shape of the product to be sealed in a feeding device mounted on the top plate of the machine effects feeding of one or more pieces into the corresponding cavity. The strip of sealed pockets thus produced can be cut to a predetermined length to suit the requirement. This is done with the help of change gears. A center-slitting cutter can vertically cut the strip. \nThe machine is driven by a 0.5 HP TEFC electric motor, operating on 220 V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, AC supply, and is coupled to a reduction gearbox through a variable speed drive. The reduction gearbox drives the main shaft through a clutch. \na)\tLeft hand sealing roller shaft together with pin ring for release pin by means of a chain and sprockets. The right hand sealing roller shaft is a driver by a pair of back spur gears. \nb)\tDraw-off brushes by means of chain and sprockets. \nc)\tThe horizontal cutting device through a pair of bevel gears and change gears, which operate a pair of cams to operate the cutting knife, change gears, and cams are required to set off a predetermined strip length.\nd)\tFeeding disc plate, through a multi-disc clutch by means of a chain and sprocket and pair of worm and worm wheel.
