FILLED CAPSULE ELEVATOR Model Krishnan FCSE-100The Filled Capsule Elevator is used to convey filled capsules through the elevator pipe and the outlet chute into the hopper of the capsule polishing machine.The Krishnan FCSE-100 is a high output elevator suitable for elevating from a lower level to a higher level.The unit is extremely useful in fully automatic lines where the output from the exit chute of a filling/ sorting machine, which is at a lower level, is connected to the inlet chute of a polishing machine, which is at a higher level.SALIENT FEATURES- Can Convey all capsule sizes from '00' to '5'- inbuilt SS blower unit- GMP conforming design- All contact parts are of stainless steel approved inert materials.VIBRATORWe have provided an electronic Vibrator, which is installed between the capsule filling machine and FCSE where the capsules will be passed without any obstacles.

FORM FILL SEAL MACHINEOur form-fill-seal machines is that form the package, fill it with a wet or dry product, and seal it closed. In our FFS system, you can use a flexible film to form the primary package, such as a bag or pouch.One of the technologies is form-fill-seal (FFS), in which a polymeric material is formed and sealed inline to a container of choice, while the container is being filled. FFS offers cost savings over conventional aseptic processing in the glass. Form fill seal systems do exactly what the name is. We have to feed the packaging material through our mechanism so that it forms a pouch, then fills it with your product, and immediately seals your product inside the pouch to complete your packaging at a rapid pace.In the FFS machines, the packaging material is fed off a roll, shaped, and sealed.
