Our Products

The Machine is entirely self-contained, if required, it can be mounted on a solid foundation. This Machine is a Universal Machine, which can be used for sealing of Tablets, Capsules, Chewing Gum, Supari, Ball Bearings, and Lozenges, etc. Sealing Rollers are specially designed for the packing of a particular product. Orders for spare rollers are to be placed separately. Two bands of heat-sealable packing material coming from two rolls meet between two sealing rollers. The Sealing rollers are equipped with cavities to suit the shape of the product to be sealed in a feeding device mounted on the top plate of the machine effects feeding of one or more pieces into the corresponding cavity. The strip of sealed pockets thus produced can be cut to a predetermined length to suit the requirement. This is done with the help of change gears. A center-slitting cutter can vertically cut the strip. The machine is driven by a 0.5 HP TEFC electric motor, operating on 220 V, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, AC supply, and is coupled to a reduction gearbox through a variable speed drive. The reduction gearbox drives the main shaft through a clutch. a) Left hand sealing roller shaft together with pin ring for release pin by means of a chain and sprockets. The right hand sealing roller shaft is a driver by a pair of back spur gears. b) Draw-off brushes by means of chain and sprockets. c) The horizontal cutting device through a pair of bevel gears and change gears, which operate a pair of cams to operate the cutting knife, change gears, and cams are required to set off a predetermined strip length.d) Feeding disc plate, through a multi-disc clutch by means of a chain and sprocket and pair of worm and worm wheel. The disc plate can be shifted to adjust the fall of the product with the help of two retaining bolts.

CAPSULE POLISHING MACHINEThe capsule polishing machine is used to polish the capsules to make it shine after filling. The polishing machine is provided with a dust collector to collect the powder stuck to the capsules. The capsules pass through a chamber having a brush rotating from right to left and filter cloth pasted to the chambers. The capsules to fed in through a hopper and the same will pass through the brush rubbed to a filter cloth pasted on the chambers and at the end of the machine, the polished capsules will be discharged. At the delivery point you can instal our capsule sorter so that empty unfilled capsules can be sorted out.

Oscillating granulator for calibration and crushing of powders and dry granules. The oscillating movement of the rotor and subsequent pressure of the product against the screen (available with holes of different sizes) allow to get the required granulometry. It can be mounted on trolley structures either at fixed or variable height and coupled with pneumatic transport systems.

Main design concepts:• There are two main modules in the machine. (1) The moving part on the top with pistons (16 in no.), and (2) the fixed bottom part with hollow pipes corresponding to each piston above it.• All pistons are connected to a single metal plate which is connected to a screw, rotating which, the pistons can be moved up/down simultaneously. The metal plate glides through four arms, hence ensuring no tilt while moving down.• Below the hollow pipes is a removable metal plateOperation:• Adjust the metal tray below the hollow pipes (die)• Move the arm (screw) so that pistons are above the hollow pipes• Fill the die with raw material• Rotate the screw to glide pistons in the die. Keep rotating so that the material inside dies is compressed.• Remove the bottom metal plate.• Rotate the screw further so that the dhoop comes out
